By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using MyHealthTrends, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. About MyHealthTrends

MyHealthTrends is operated by URBN Innovative Developments Inc., located in British Columbia, Canada.

MyHealthTrends allows users to upload laboratory reports, organize laboratory information, visualize marker histories, and identify changes over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable, to use MyHealthTrends.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

5. Your Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of the laboratory reports and information you upload to MyHealthTrends.

By uploading content, you grant MyHealthTrends a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, analyze, and display that information solely for the purpose of providing the services you request.

6. Automated Processing

MyHealthTrends uses automated technologies, which may include artificial intelligence, to identify laboratory markers, organize reports, and generate summaries and trends.

Automated extraction may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted information against your original laboratory report.

7. Medical Disclaimer

MyHealthTrends is an organizational and visualization tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information displayed within MyHealthTrends.

8. Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, automatic renewals, cancellations, and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies of those platforms. Refund requests for purchases made through those platforms must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, as applicable.

Subscriptions purchased directly through the MyHealthTrends website are processed by Stripe and are subject to the billing and cancellation terms presented during checkout.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Upload malware or harmful software.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application.
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service.

10. Intellectual Property

The MyHealthTrends application, website, branding, software, graphics, logos, and related content are owned by URBN Innovative Developments Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

11. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that MyHealthTrends will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHealthTrends is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, URBN Innovative Developments Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyHealthTrends.

You are responsible for decisions made based on information presented by the application.

14. Termination

You may stop using MyHealthTrends at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the security of the service, or are otherwise unlawful.

15. Privacy

Your use of MyHealthTrends is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will become effective when posted on this website. Continued use of MyHealthTrends after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
