Is there a free trial?

No. MyHealthTrends does not currently offer a free trial. Your selected subscription begins when payment is completed.

How do the report upload limits work?

Each plan includes a report allowance for your subscription year. The History plan includes 30 uploads and the Insights plan includes 100 uploads. Your allowance renews each subscription year.

Can I use my uploads to add older reports?

Yes. Your upload allowance can be used for both older laboratory reports and new reports. This lets you build an existing history before adding future results.

What is an AI-generated report?

An AI-generated report summarizes notable changes found across your uploaded laboratory history. It is intended to help organize information for review and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between available plans. Billing changes and feature access will depend on when the change is made within your current subscription period.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes. You can change your billing frequency from your account settings. The change will normally take effect when your current billing period ends.

What happens if I cancel?

Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, paid features and additional uploads will no longer be available unless you subscribe again.

Are taxes included?

Applicable taxes may be added during checkout based on your billing location.
